Disputes may also arise when another person or company wrongfully interferes with the performance of a contract. Commercial cases may involve allegations of professional negligence or malpractice, breach of fiduciary duties or other misconduct of corporate directors and officers, check fraud, misappropriation or misuse of trade secrets, patent infringement, antitrust violations, violations of the Uniform Commercial Code, and other state and federal statutory violations.

In addition to representing plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits involving commercial disputes, we regularly provide advice and counseling to corporate and professional clients on minimizing risk and avoiding litigation in commercial matters.

We offer competitive hourly rates, and will consider alternative fee structures such as contingency fee arrangements.
